Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because our decals are custom-made and produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item

If there is an issue, you must contact us before returning anything.

📸 We may request clear photos of the issue so we can review what happened and make it right.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cbcdecals@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without approval


Approved Returns (If Applicable)

If a return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on where to send your item

Returns must be shipped to the address provided after approval.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition unless otherwise agreed upon.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Note: This right does not apply to custom or personalized items, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
